The Nottingham Building Society has launched two new five-year fixed rate mortgage products, available at 90 and 95% LTV. 

Both of these fixed rate deals are now fee-free and offer a cashback option for purchases. 

At the 90% LTV band Nottingham BS is charging a rate of 2.79% without cashback and 2.89% with a £500 cashback deal. 

At 95% LTV the rate is 2.98% (without cashback) or 3.05% with a £300 cashback deal. 

This new products follow changes made to the building society’s two-year fixed rate residential mortgages last week. 

The Nottingham’s head of mortgage product Christie Cook said the society was looking to ‘refresh’ its residential product offering. “It is important that as well as having competitive rates we offer good choice for people, whatever their property aims. To that end we are delighted to launch a product range that provides options for those looking to fix rates for five years.”
