Kensington Mortgages has cut selected buy-to-let rates by up to 15 basis points across its Prime, Prime eKo and Core ranges.

The reductions apply to products at 75% LTV.

On its Prime range, two-year fixed rates now start from 3.69% with a 5% fee, while five-year fixes start from 4.99% with the same fee.

Prime eKo rates, available on properties with an EPC rating of A to C, now start from 4.39% for a two-year fix and 5.07% for a five-year fix, both with a 3% fee.

Across the Core range, two-year fixed rates at 75% LTV now start from 3.99% with a 5% fee.

Five-year fixed Core rates start from 5.42% with a 3% fee.

Kensington continues to offer free valuations on all buy-to-let applications, including houses in multiple occupation and multi-unit blocks.

The lender has also added new filters to its broker portal, allowing advisers to search products by name and fixed-rate term.

Kensington Mortgages commercial director Andy Bickers says: “These latest rate reductions further strengthen the competitiveness of our buy-to-let offering, giving brokers and their landlord clients access to attractively priced products across our Prime, Prime eKo and Core ranges.

“We know how important it is for brokers to have access to responsive, reliable support.

“We’re continually looking at ways to make brokers’ lives easier, including through recent enhancements to our broker portal that make it quicker to find the right products for clients.”
