Having made it through several lockdowns, we were allowed to socialise again and life returned to a more familiar routine. Things started positively but dramatic events in an ever-changing government and an ill-fated budget created problems a plenty in the mortgage market.

There were hard times for everyone in the sector but as always, it prevailed.

I hope you get the break you deserve during the festive period, to reset and get ready for the tests and triumphs that 2023 will undoubtedly bring.
