The bank encourages customers who believe they may be affected to contact the lender to discuss the support available to them.

As reported on the bank’s website, it has said that there are currently no disruptions to its services and it is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely.

Bank of Ireland UK adds that it has contingency plans in place in the event that it faces disruption.

Furthermore, the lender has outlined that it is working closely with other banks and UK Finance to manage the provision of banking services if the situation, with regard to Coronavirus, escalates.

Turning to its branches and offices, the bank has said that it has deployed appropriate hygiene and cleaning procedures across all its facilities.
