North Palm Beach is a small incorporated village located in Northern Palm Beach County along the intracoastal waterways and the Atlantic Ocean on a barrier island. The quite village has won the National Association of Home Builders as the best planned community in 1956 when the village was formed.

The North Palm Beach area was developed in the early 1950’s by philanthropist John D MacArthur.  North Palm Beach is home to the only state park located in Palm Beach County, the John D. MacArthur State Park and is known to be the home to many PGA Tour golfers.

The John D. MacArthur State Park is an eco-friendly and family orientated park complete with picnic facilities, natural trails, a Nature and Welcome Center, waterways, kayak rentals and much more. The State Park also features special events, concerts, and social events throughout the year.

For Golfers, the area is home to the North Palm Beach Country Club, a newly remodeled Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The public 18-hole golf course underwent a multi-million-dollar renovation last year to the course and club house. The links-style course runs alongside the Intracoastal and is just one of two Nicklaus’ Signature Municipal courses in the United States. The course is a premier destination spot to golf in Florida.In addition to the numerous outdoor activities to do in North Palm Beach, the area is home to delicious restaurants and cafes, great shopping, and highly rated schools.
