The specialist lender says the move is supported by Wilson McKendrick solicitors, “who have a long history of working in the Scottish bridging finance market”.  

The firm offers several short-term loans, including heavy refurbishment (with drawdowns) and light development deals, ranging from £50,000 to £2m. 

It adds that its launch into the Scottish market comes after “intensive consultation” with key broker partners.
