Nationwide for Intermediaries has confirmed that from 22 November it is increasing selected switcher and additional borrowing fixed rates by up to 0.15%.
New business and existing customers moving home products remain unchanged.
Examples of rate increases include for additional borrowing, a two-year fixed, 75% LTV with no fee is now 4.49%, and for a three-year fix with 75% LTV and no fee the new rate is 4.37%.
For switcher mortgages, a two-year fixed 60% LTV with £999 fee is now 4.27% and a five-year fixed 75% LTV with no fee is 4.39%
In addition, the lender has updated its criteria for Helping Hand applications and will be withdrawing from the Deposit Unlock scheme.
