Pure Retirement has launched a new equity release white-labelling service.
Known as Pure Servicing Solutions, this sub-brand is aiming to build strategic partnerships with third party originators in the lifetime mortgage sector.
It is offering two services levels: origination and servicing, or servicing only. The first option will see Pure Servicing Solutions manage the customer journey from end-to-end while the latter will manage servicing from the completion of the mortgage.
Pure says this first option is aimed at lenders in the equity release market looking for a full-service white label partner.
It adds that the latter option will suit providers who have an origination infrastructure in place, but want additional servicing support for post-completion management in conjunction with their own underwriters.
Pure Retirement says it has extensive knowledge of loan servicing, property management and customer demographics to provide seamless management of accounts through the loan’s lifespan.
Partners using either service gain access to a dedicated phone line to ensure efficeint communcation channels, as well as the expertise of Pure’s wider team, who manage a loan portfolio of over £2.5bn.
Pure Retirement head of proposition John Wilson says: “In an increasingly competitive marketplace, service is arguably becoming an invaluable differentiator.”
He says the company has taken on a substantial loan book in this area, and as part of its wider growth strategy was now looking to offers the servicing capability it has developed to third party partners.
The company has recently expanded its servicing team, and says it was won multiple awards for its service standards.
