Yabber, a sister company to Rockstead, has been established since 2018 to help businesses improve standards in compliance and workflow processes within call centres.
Shaw, meanwhile, has a 20 year history in financial services having worked for Xit2, Computershare, Kensington and, most recently, EDM.
During this time he has been involved in the creation and implementation of technology solutions in a number of business sectors.
