SDL Surveying will be providing residential valuation services, utilising its full roster of both in-house, employed surveyors plus its external, nationwide network of local, independent chartered surveying firms.

SDL works with a wide variety of UK lenders, managing well in excess of 200,000 valuations per year.

SDL said the new relationship will allow it to broaden its offering given that lenders such as the Mansfield offer a wide range of mortgage product options, across both the mainstream and the specialist sectors.

Mansfield offer a range of mortgage products covering residential, buy-to-let, first-time buyers, credit repair, shared ownership, later life, expat and its specialist, versatility proposition.
