Accord increases rates on resi mortgages; withdraws 21 BTL | Mortgage Strategy

Accord Mortgages is increasing rates across its range of residential mortgage products and withdrawing 21 buy-to-let (BTL) products.

Rates are increasing by 0.35% on its 65% LTV residential product, by 0.35% on its 75% LTV product, by 0.33% on its 80% LTV product, by 0.45% on its 85% LTV, and by 0.28% on its 95% LTV product.

Rates across its help to buy range are also increasing by 0.2%.

Elsewhere, the lender is withdrawing its 60% LTV fixed rate products with end dates 30 April 2024, its 60% LTV fixed rate products with end date 30 April 2027, all 65% LTV fixed rate products with end dates 30 April 2027, excluding early repayment charge (ERC) free variants, and its 75% LTV five-year fixed rate with a £995 fee.

Its four residential products remain unchanged. All other BTL products also remain unchanged.
