Mortgage Brain has gained accreditation from the LIBF for its mortgage professional training programme.

The sourcing system’s programme comprises 10 modules available through daily live sessions and on-demand recordings for Mortgage Brain customers, with users able to gain up to five hours and 30 minutes of continuing professional development (CPD).

Training covers the mortgage journey from lead generation and fact finds through to sourcing, submissions and ongoing client engagement. Sessions are aimed at advisers, case administrators, compliance managers and firm principals.

The London Institute of Banking & Finance is now known as the Walbrook Institute London, however the LIBF name is still used for professional qualifications and accreditation.

Mortgage Brain head of marketing Pollyanna Puddephat says: “Achieving CPD accreditation from LIBF is a significant milestone, and one that reflects our wider commitment to transforming customer service into genuine customer success.

“We recognise that powerful technology alone isn’t enough – mortgage professionals need the confidence, guidance and support to use it to its full potential.”

LIBF director of financial services John Somerville adds: “We’ve accredited Mortgage Brain’s new training programme in recognition of their commitment to professional excellence and quality within the mortgage industry.”
