Fleet Mortgages is withdrawing its full product range at 5pm tomorrow in order to make changes to rates and criteria.

The lender emailed brokers this afternoon to give warning at all decision in principle requests for its current products must be submitted by 5pm tomorrow, Wednesday July 29.

Full applications need to be submitted by the same time on Thursday July 30.

The buy-to-let lender says it will not be revealing details of the new range until tomorrow.

At the same time the maximum loan size is increasing to £1.5m on applications up to 70 per cent loan-to-value and £1m up to 75 per cent LTV.

For new builds the maximum is £750,000.
