Waterhouse brings more than 14 years of industry experience, rejoining Paragon following a two-year tenure as Landbay’s business development manager for the Midlands region.

He initially spent 12 years with Paragon, most of which as part of the lender’s BTL underwriting team.

In his new role, Waterhouse will cover the West Midlands region and reports into regional mortgages sales manager for the North Sam Debenham.

Debenham says: “We’re delighted to be welcoming back Sam to the Paragon team. With his recent experience out in the field along with his time here as an underwriter, Sam’s skills and experience will be instrumental in helping us further strengthen relationships with our intermediary partners across the region.”
