Twenty7tec has added Gable Mortgages to its lender panel within RESEARCH.
This gives advisers access to its zero-deposit residential mortgage products and criteria alongside the wider residential market.
RESEARCH lets advisers begin their sourcing journey based on product, criteria or affordability, before refining and comparing options.
Adding Gable gives advisers more insight into the lender’s zero-deposit offering within the existing sourcing process.
The addition of Gable gives advisers greater visibility of its zero-deposit proposition within this existing sourcing process.
Gable Mortgages has zero-deposit mortgages at up to 100% LTV to support borrowers who can afford mortgage repayments but may find saving for a deposit challenging.
Twenty7tec head of lender Nakita Moss said: “Saving a deposit remains one of the biggest barriers to homeownership, but that does not necessarily mean a borrower cannot afford the monthly cost of a mortgage. As lenders look at different ways of addressing that gap, advisers need to be able to identify where these products may offer a viable option for the right client.
“Gable’s addition to RESEARCH reflects the growing variety of approaches available in the residential market and gives advisers another option to consider when a traditional deposit is the main factor standing between an otherwise suitable borrower and homeownership.”
Gable Mortgages mortgage operations director Lisa Crane said: “Our launch on Twenty7tec is a significant step in expanding broker access to our zero-deposit mortgage, making it easier for advisers to find and assess customer eligibility.
“By addressing a key barrier for customers who can afford mortgage repayments but struggle to save a deposit, we are giving advisers using Twenty7tec a compelling new way to help more people get onto the property ladder.”
Earlier this month Twenty7tec found that remortgaging continued to underpin mortgage market activity in August despite a wider seasonal slowdown, according to the firm’s latest Mortgage Market Snapshot.
