Elisabetta’s Ristorante, downtown West Palm Beach, opened its inner-city waterfront location, at 185 Banyan Boulevard.  There is also another location in Delray Beach. The Elisabetta’s in West Palm is making a name for itself with the whimsical gelato cart, draping lights, retro décor, and even a full-size bocce ball court. The newest restaurant features a multi-tiered terraced outdoor dining space and spectacular Intracoastal Waterway views. It is the perfect Sunday Brunch Spot. On the weekends Elisabetta’s offers bottomless brunch with the purchase of an entrée weekend beginning at 11:00 am offering $16 endless Mimosas, Bellini’s, Bloody Mary’s, or Aperol spritzes.

The cuisine is drawing rave reviews. Check out the brunch menu here. Everything at Elisabetta’s is made from scratch including all pasta, bread, sauces, baked goods, and gelatos. Elisabetta’s dry ages its steaks in-house and cure its own salamis. The restaurant features three pizza ovens made in Naples, Italy, two located inside the restaurant and one outside.

The restaurant will offer seventy wines by the glass and a 400-bottle wine list featuring classic and less known but excellent value Italian wines and Proseccos. The bar will serve classic Italian cocktails from Negroni’s to Aperol Spritzes. Elisabetta’s makes all bread and desserts in-house, including several kinds of gelato.

Menu items will include the Roman Lunch, a pizza hearth-baked bread with burrata and prosciutto di Parma, the Cacio e Pepe, and a white pizza topped with Pecorino Romano. Gelato toppings include honeycomb, salted Marcona almond, and chocolate brittle.

The dining room features a beamed wood ceiling above rustic basket weave brick walls. The bar tops are pewter, where guests can sink into their drink on red or gold leather custom bar stools.

Imagine Italian classics made from scratch on site. Chef /Partner Lisabet Summa said, “In order for us to replicate the things we love the most about Italian food and cooking, we had to make these things ourselves by hand... that is the thing that informs and dignifies the cuisine and sets it apart from every day, common Italian dishes. The restaurant is really an homage to the traditional, with a solid core menu of dishes that are familiar and well-loved.”

More than half the restaurant’s seating stretched all through the protected outdoor terraces. Elisabetta’s ensures space for diners seeking socially distanced spots. Reservations are accepted via OpenTable.com.
