United Trust Bank (UTB) has appointed Impact Specialist Finance to its newly formed buy-to-let (BTL) packager panel.

The appointment will enable Impact’s broker to have access to UTB’s BTL product range.

The BTL product range is for both individual and limited company ownership, as well as portfolios, houses in multiple occupations (HMOs) and multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs).

In addition, brokers can use the impactportal to place, source, and track their cases.
