Vida has boosted its range of home loans aimed at foreign nationals who live and work in the UK at up to 90% loan-to-value.

This is an uplift from the specialist lender’s previous 75% LTV maximum for these borrowers.

It has also expanded its list of acceptable visa types to broaden the proposition.

The lender will accept EU, EEA and Swiss national visas.

It will also accept several other visas, including skilled worker, health and care worker, and innovator founder.
