The platform features 28 lenders and allows borrowers to compare cost estimates for products that have traditionally lacked visibility.

Using Brickflow, developers can make their funding applications online and in real-time via a single digital form for multiple lenders.

Hodge offers development finance loans of up to £5m to experienced property developers.
