TSB and Accord reprice scores of residential deals - Mortgage Strategy

TSB is withdrawing scores of products from its residential range this evening after 8pm in order to reprice.

Accord has also revealed it will be increasing rates by up to 24 basis points on 16 deals tomorrow within its product transfer range, while also trimming rates on some 65, 75 and 90 per cent loan-to-value products by up to 0.04 percentage points.

The lender has not shared full details of the changes.

TSB emailed brokers to warn them of product withdrawals, but has not revealed the new rates which will be available tomorrow morning.

At 85 per cent loan-to-value the following TSB rates are being withdrawn:

  • Home purchase two-year fixed at 2.14  per cent
  • Home purchase five-year fixed with three-year early repayment charge at 2.54 per cent
  • Home purchase five-year fixed at 2.34 per cent
  • Remortgage five-year fixed with three-year ERC at 2.59 per cent  

At 80 per cent LTV the following TSB deals are being withdrawn:

  • Remortgage two-year fixed rates at 1.49  per cent
  • Remortgage two-year fixed rates at 1.84 per cent 
  • Remortgage five-year fixed at 1.79 per cent
  • Remortgage five-year fixed at 1.94 per cent

All the deals mentioned have various free legals or cashback options.

A number of shared ownership and shared equity deals between 60 and 85 per cent LTV are also being withdrawn.
