Tracie Pearce, is currently director of retail banking at HSBC, where she is responsible for its mortgage business as well as personal banking products.

Before joining HSBC, Pearce worked across a range of building societies including Nationwide where she spent eight years.

In her new role at Santander she will also be responsible for supporting customers through all aspects of financing their homes and will help drive an improved customer experience across the bank’s European markets.

Pearce will also join the executive committee of Santander UK and the retail executive team for Europe.
