Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, based in Maitland, Florida, was set up 15 years ago is now the fifth largest title insurance underwriter in the United States and the number one independent title insurer.

Westcor International became the UK subsidiary when it set up base in the UK three years ago and received FCA authorisation in 2018. It said its vision was to become the UK’s most prominent specialist MGA for insuring land.
