Shilton has 25 years’ experience in the mortgage and consumer credit markets, during which time he was CEO of Ocean Finance; he will provide direction to the Crystal Group Board on all matters relating to growth strategy.
Sreedharan moves into the newly created role of head of project management having recently provided consultancy services to CSF, and will assume responsibility for transformation and change as part of her remit.
She has held senior roles including director of sales and operations at Mojo Mortgages, and VP of operations at Habito.
