
NatWest has made reductions across various ranges of up to 46 basis points.
Rates in the lender’s buy-to-let (BTL) range have seen the biggest cut with the two-year fixed remortgage at 75% loan-to-value (LTV) has been lowered from 4.46% to 4.00% with a product fee of £3,499.
In the same range, a two-year fixed remortgage at 75% LTV has been cut by 25bps from 5.00% to 4.75% with a product fee of £995.
A BTL five-year fixed purchase at 60% LTV went down by 18bps from 4.44% to 4.26% with a product fee of £995.
In the lender’s BTL green mortgages range, the two-year fixed remortgage at 75% LTV went down by 25bps to 4.69% with a product fee of £995 and cashback of £250.
For new residential customers, the lender’s core range two-year fixed remortgage at 90% LTV has gone down by 28bps to 5.55% with no product fee and £250 cashback, while the 85% LTV has been lowered by 20bps to 5.28% and no product fee.
In the same range, the five-year fixed remortgage at 90% LTV was cut by 15bps to 5.03% with no product fee while the 75% LTV went down by 13bps to 4.40% with no product fee and £250 cashback.
The Help to Buy shared equity residential range has also seen cuts. The five-year fixed remortgage at 60% LTV has decreased by 10bps to 4.44% with no product fee and £500 cashback.
Elsewhere, TSB has made changes to its residential range by as much as 0.30%.
The lender has cut two-year fixed first-time buyer and home mover 0% to 75% LTV rates reduced by up to 0.30%.
Reductions have also been made on the lender’s two-year fixed FTB and home mover 0% to 90% LTV rates by as much as 0.10% while two-year tracker FTB and home mover 0% to 75% LTV rates have been reduced by 0.20%.
Elsewhere, five-year fixed FTB and home mover 0% to 85% LTV rates have been lowered by up to 0.20% while two-year tracker remortgage 0% to 75% LTV rates have been cut by 0.20%.
