Castle Trust Bank has strengthened its bridging proposition by introducing a dedicated bridging underwriting team and has appointed two experienced underwriters, Jackie Merrigan as senior underwriter and Simon Rogerson as underwriter.
In addition to enhancing its underwriting team, Castle Trust has also expanded its sales team with the recruitment of a business development Manager (BDM) for London.
The BDM will work alongside regional account Sammi Gilbank, to provide brokers across the capital with specialist support and bespoke bridging solutions.
