Nivo partners with Mortgage Advice Bureau on instant messaging | Mortgage Strategy

Fintech company Nivo has partnered with the Mortgage Advice Bureau to launch a secure mobile instant messaging and document gathering service covering over 1,500 advisers.

Manchester-based Nivo will use its MIDAS mortgage broking system to let homebuyers and advisors share information and documents as they move towards completion.

Nivo provides technology that is designed to simplify information gathering and checks necessary for specialist lending through biometric identity verification, Open Banking, and advanced e-signing.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Deputy chief executive Ben Thompson says: “We’re really pleased to be working closely with Nivo. By integrating Nivo with our MIDAS technology, this allows our advisers and customers the opportunity to share documentation in a secure and efficient way.”

Thompson adds: “This is particularly key in the current Covid-19 pandemic and shows how we continue to adapt to change and provide new ways for customers to receive advice and transact as part of our wider digital customer journey.”
