LendInvest has launched a new buy-to-let legal panel with conveyancing panel manager Smoove.

The fintech property finance firm says the dual representation panel will give its borrowers and brokers access to a wider selection of legal firms in offices across the country.

The lender, founded in 2013, offers bridging loans, development finance, and BTL mortgages for intermediaries, landlords and developers across the UK.

Home moving platform Smoove, founded in 2003, offers conveyancing panel services, allows estate agents to onboard clients with digital ID verification and run anti-money laundering checks and allows home movers to set up utility and insurance deals.
