NatWest has raised rates on selected new business and existing products by 10 basis points.

The high street bank new business changes are as follows:

House purchase loans have seen their rates lift by 10bps on selected two and five-year deals.

The same rate rises on selected two and five-year offers also apply to remortgages, shared equity purchases, Help to Buy shared equity purchases, Help to Buy shared equity remortgages, green purchase and green remortgages.

Changes for the bank’s existing customers are as follows:

For existing customers the lender has launched four low loan-to-value switcher products, covering two and five-year deals.

It has also raised rates on switcher and switcher high value loans by 10bps on selected two and five-year products.

Finally, the bank has withdrawn four switcher low LTV products, covering two and five-year deals, and four low LTV switcher high value loans, covering two and five-year offers.
