July Jupiter Beach Cleanup

Friends of Jupiter Beach are hosting a July Jupiter Beach cleanup on Saturday, July 9, 2022. A special thank you to the LaBovick Law Group for being this month’s beach cleanup sponsor! The Friends of Jupiter Beach volunteers clean a 2 ½ mile stretch from the Juno Beach Pier to the southern edge of Carlin Park. The Jupiter beach crossovers are 22 – 59. Return before 9:30 am, and enjoy a variety of breakfast foods, drinks, and FREE PRIZES! Meet new and old like-minded beach friends.

Beach cleanups are canceled in rain or dangerous weather. Cancellation notices will be posted on the Facebook page. If canceled, no rescheduling, see you next month!

BEACH CLEANUP DETAILS:

DATE: July 9, 2022

WHEN: 8:00 am – 10:00 am  

WHERE: Ocean Cay Park, southeast corner of U.S. Highway 1 at 2188 Marcinski Road. Volunteers meet at the pavilion, Anita Lankler Pavilion, which faces the beach road.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

- Sign in and get your free prize ticket

- Grab your gloves, grabbers & small bags, provided by us

- Join a team

- Follow Team Captain (orange shirts) instructions for cleanup areas. Some sections require driving, some sections require walking

- Clean on the beach, along walkways, under crossovers, in parking areas, in the park, etc.

- Separate recyclables

- Please follow the Friends of Jupiter Beach Volunteer Code of Safety.
