This year has been a year of incredible change. Despite all of the challenges in 2020, we’re excited to be on a positive path as we head into the new year. Here are a few of the positive steps we’ve taken in 2020, and a peek at what lies ahead in 2021.
Positive change in 2020
We’ve crystallized our 3 core values of Community, Relationships, and Real Estate. We’re actively investing in our community. We’re cultivating positive relationships in every aspect of our business. And more than ever before, we’re dedicated to helping you achieve all of your real estate dreams and goals.
We’ve implemented a retirement savings plan (with company match) for our employees. With the implementation of our IRA savings plan, we’re committed to helping our employees lay the foundation for a solid financial future.
By the end of 2020 we’ll also have healthcare benefits for our full-time employees. We want each employee to feel secure with their healthcare coverage as costs rise over time.
We’ve created a new role for Samantha Haas as a community outreach specialist on our team. In her new role, Samantha is helping our team raise awareness, raise money, and implement systems that build capacity for local non-profit organizations.
We’ve hired Ann Raschein and Alan Feder as the newest agents on our team. Both Ann and Alan have been wonderful additions to our group and have made our team stronger. Alan and Ann, we’re so glad you took the leap!
Last but not least, we’ve helped more clients buy or sell a home in 2020 than in any other year. We’re so grateful to all of you who continue to place your trust in us -- and we promise to keep earning your trust for many years to come.
What’s on the horizon in 2021?
We’ll be actively supporting several non-profit groups that are dedicated to environmental, affordable housing and social justice causes here in Dane County. Our ultimate goal is to inspire hundreds and even thousands of people and business owners to do the same.
We’ll be hiring more people who embrace our core values of community, relationships, and real estate. Do you know someone who fits this description? We’ll be launching a new website that better reflects our core values and offers some cool, new features. Stay tuned. Our new site will be an excellent resource for anyone who’s interested in Madison area real estate.
We’ll be moving to Monroe Street and running our business out of a location that’s closer to the heart of Madison. We’re really excited by this change and looking forward to supporting the Monroe Street business community.
