A web link that provides you with updated price predictions on listed properties including auctions and private sales, you’ll be in the know when it comes to the property market in your state, and whether the agent at the listing you’ve just attended is giving you an accurate price estimate. Nowadays, just because you can’t make it to an auction doesn’t have to mean you can’t walk away with the deed to your dream property. During auctions, agents are online tracking your bidding and messages. Featured on The Block Australia Season 14, this app is quickly generating buzz and more and more agencies like Raine & Horne and Ray White are getting on board.

Property Calculator Australia (Apple/Android)

Gain access to your stamp duty, loan balance, deposit required, loan repayments and more in one place. Property Calculator effectively provides you with an interactive summary of your financial position. How much of a deposit will you need for the property you’re interested in? Choose between different percentage deposit amounts and you’ve got your answer.

Magic Plan (Apple/Android)

This is the fantasy football league of home apps – it lets you design your dream home. You can map the skeleton of an ideal property, or use your camera to capture a floorplan.
