Foundation Home Loans has appointed Nathan Goodridge and Paula Priest as national sales managers.

Nathan Goodridge joins the intermediary-only lender with immediate effect, having worked in financial services for 12 years including in roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Metro Bank and NatWest. He was most recently national account manager at OSB Group.

Priest joined Foundation in 2018 and has worked in financial services for over 32 years across a number of lenders including The Mortgage Lender, Barclays, Nationwide and Birmingham Midshires.

The lender also recently announced the appointment of two new managing directors within the business. George Gee has become managing director (commercial) and Kelly Pallister is now managing director (operations).

Foundation head of sales Grant Hendry says: “Their key responsibilities will be working with our club, network and packager partners as this is an essential part of our ongoing business. They will also be supporting our field-based sales team and playing an active part in helping them to grow relationships with advisers. With Nathan’s and Paula’s experience they will ensure our business continues to evolve in this ever-competitive and challenging market.”
