TSB, Accord, Principality and Precise are among the latest lenders to announce price increases, but Principality and Foundation are also lowering some rates.
TSB is raising costs on product transfer and additional borrowing deals tomorrow, for both residential and buy-to-let borrowers, with fixed rates up by up to 15 basis points.
Accord is also raising product transfer and additional loan prices, for both residential and buy-to-let, as well as some residential new business deals.
All fixed rates for residential product transfer and additional borrowing will rise by 15bps, apart from a five-year deal at 65% loan-to-value, which is jumping by 20bps.
Buy-to-let product transfers will rise by up to 10bps.
Principality is hiking some product transfer rates by up to 25bps, but at the same time it is reducing selected deals by 5bps.
Some holiday let product transfers will fall by 20bps.
Precise is relaunching deals on Friday with prices up to 20bps higher.
By contrast, Foundation is lowering rates on Friday.
Yesterday, Barclays and Clydesdale were among the lenders to announce price increases.
