The Tipton & Coseley Building Society has launched an online application portal to support its mortgage operations and create a better user experience.

The society has adopted the Mast Origin Platform, a fully end-to-end solution, to manage each stage of the mortgage journey.

The platform has been configured specifically for the Tipton, incorporating all its residential and buy to let product types.

It integrates with third party systems to manage identity and credit checks, process valuation fees and instruct surveys.

Today’s announcement follows a successful soft launch earlier this year.

Tipton & Coseley Building Society chief commercial officer Jason Newsway says: “Through Mast we’ve been able to completely transform and modernise our mortgage proposition, overhauling the associated processes so it’s easier for brokers to do business with us.”

“It paves the way for our Society to scale lending volumes, but without compromising on the high levels of service which brokers and their clients expect.”
