Grimes brings with her experience in the structured real estate finance sector.

She joins from GRE Capital where she was responsible for leading their debt origination.

Previously, she spent more than six years at Octopus Capital, and is a qualified chartered surveyor.

Grimes is the first origination director appointed by Glenhawk for its structured real estate division.

In her new role, Grimes will support Glenhawk in growing its offering, reaching a broader range of brokers and their clients.

She will report directly to Chris Daly, managing director, structured real estate at Glenhawk.
