It will be part of a series of thirty-minute webinars for advisers, which the lifetime mortgage provider will be running from Monday 23 November for two weeks.
The bitesized sessions will cover key skills such as social media marketing and generating leads alongside masterclasses on troubleshooting legal issues and identifying vulnerable customers from Peter Barton, the head of equity release at Ashford.
OneFamily will also be launching its Knowledge Hub and providing updates on current products.

“The pandemic has meant that we’ve had to think differently about how we reach advisers to support them with their training needs.
“We know from our August webinars that advisers found this format to be extremely useful and the feedback we received has helped us in structuring the content of this series.
“Each participant will receive a certificate of learning for their CPD record for each event they attend.”
