The report will enable advisers to add in their own questions to tailor it to clients’ needs, and it will be available to use offline, synced with their Air account when they have internet access.

It will allow for advisers to generate an improved and fully-personalised suitability report, built in line with the Equity Release Council’s (ERC) checklist.

Other features include running sourcing sessions, returning suitable products, requesting a key facts illustration (KFI) and generating a suitability report.

Advisers will be able to access an improved vulnerability, state benefits, care and estate planning section and secure a paper version of the documentation.

Air Group has also made a number of other additions to the Air Sourcing platform, including a new product update page to highlight changes.

The launch of a ‘Live Enquiries’ system next month is designed to improve the user experience and allow advisers to secure quicker responses from the Air team.

Stuart Wilson, chief executive at Air Group, said: “We’re constantly looking to improve the services we provide to our adviser members in order to help them be more efficient and to deliver the very best consumer outcomes they can.

“Hence, why we’ll be launching this new fact-find and suitability report next month and why we also have a number of further enhancements to announce, including our already-launched product update page and the addition of our live enquiries system.

“The later life lending space changes so quickly that we want to ensure advisers are kept fully up to speed with all developments, and they have prompt access to the support they need from Air.”
