Andrew Bond and Fiona Preece both join the mutual as mortgage administrators.  

Sarah Pyatt is the firm’s newest compliance assistant, while Pam Barton joins as human resources manager.  

Rhiannon Greasley becomes the group’s assistant management accountant.  

The business says the new hires bring “an array of experience” to their roles.   

Bond has worked for years in the financial services industry, while Preece had a past career in teaching.  

Barton takes up her new post after five years of human resources experience, while Pyatt was looking for a change in career having previously worked in administration and customer service roles. This is Greasley’s second role after finishing university.  

Earl Shilton Building Society chief executive Paul Tilley says the recruits are part of the firm’s “focus on customer service”.
