Acre has revamped its client portal to include new embedded client messaging.

The portal, which is the central contact point between brokers and clients, will now feature new embedded messaging for instant client/broker communications.

It also allows clients to reach out to a broker, upload vital documents and pull their credit reports, eID verification (eIDV), and see the status of their case at any point.

Acre says this will extend to lenders and insurers in the future.

The mortgage intermediary platform has also introduced a new documents feature to let clients securely upload multiple files at one time into the portal.

The verification system automatically highlights any information missing for a case and product in order to get a decision in principle (DIP).

Acre provides clients with a free copy of their credit report where they can see the progress and the lender, insurer, and broker-generated documents for their purchase.

Acre chief executive and founder Justus Brown says: “Buying a home is one of life’s biggest purchases and clients want to know they are in good hands when applying for a mortgage. Easy and secure client communications and efficient, transparent processes for brokers and their clients are vital for a seamless journey.”
