Landbay has appointed Scott Phillips as a national account manager.
Phillips joins Landbay with 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, much of it spent working in national accounts and in roles involving the management and development of sales teams.
Most recently, he worked with Saffron for Intermediaries as an intermediary sales manager, having previously been head of sales at Moda Mortgages, part of Chetwood Bank, and a national account manager at Vida.
In his new role, Phillips will work with Landbay’s network and mortgage club partners, supporting existing relationships and helping the lender reach a wider range of advisers and their landlord clients.
Landbay sales and distribution director Rob Stanton says: “Scott brings a huge amount of mortgage market experience to Landbay, particularly within national accounts, and he has an excellent understanding of how lenders can work successfully with networks, clubs and their member firms.”
