Mortgage Broker Tools Affordability has partnered with New Leaf, Paradigm, Tenet and Sense taking the number of advisers with access to the software to more than 3,000.

The tool provides brokers with an eligibility calculator based on the affordability models and criteria of more than 40 residential and 65 buy-to-let lenders.

MBT says the affordability tool has just passed the milestone of 10 million broker searches, which represent £80bn of lending.
