Roma Finance has created a new leadership team, which will focus on its borrowers and partners.

The bridging and commercial specialist founded in 2008 says its senior leaders, Lorraine Hart, head of credit & risk and Deborah Chaplain, head of collections — are now joined by Adam Bates, business architect, Charlotte Rutter, head of marketing & comms, as well as newly promoted Lisa Toner, sales operations manager and Tina Parry, customer services manager.

The firm says the focus of this team will be “the partner and borrower journey”.

It adds that the move comes after growth in the business and the appointment of Michael Allison as commercial director last week.

Allison says: “As we grow we need to empower our team and this is the perfect time to create this organisational structure with inspirational and innovative leaders.”

Parry adds that she is “delighted to have been given this next opportunity within the business” and has “been with Roma since the early days and have worn many hats”.
