LendInvest Mortgages has appointed four new field business development managers to support its growth strategy.
Lois Ashcroft joins as field BDM for South West and South Waless from Pepper Money UK, where she was regional development manager for the South West.
She has over five years of experience in business development and mortgage advisory roles, previously working at Principality Building Society as a mortgage underwriter and customer consultant.
Ed Appleby joins from Penrith Building Society, where he held the position of head of products and distribution.
His previous includes roles such as head of intermediary and BDM.
For the Scotland region, Rod McPherson is appointed as field BDM, joining from Atom Bank where he was regional business development manager. He also brings experience from roles at First Mortgage and Halifax.
Finally, James Hamblin joins for the South East with an extensive background in business development, most recently with KSEYE. His career includes positions at Step One Finance Limited, Enterprise Finance Ltd, and NatWest, where he managed large portfolios and developed key broker relationships.
