More2life has launched a new four-part webinar series on later life mortgages and equity release that is accredited to count towards advisers’ continuing professional development (CPD).

The series, which begins today and runs throughout the month, will cover topics including regulation, funding, innovation, client needs and marketing strategies.

Each session provides structured CPD and features insight from leading figures across the mortgage and financial services sectors.

The first session, The Future of the Market, takes place today at midday.

Hosted by More2life chief executive Dave Harris, it will explore the FCA’s Mortgage Market Discussion Paper (DP25/2), the impact of gilt market dynamics and the outlook for 2026.

Guests include Charlotte Allen and Roland Steere from Key Group, and Karina Hutchins from UK Finance.

Future sessions will focus on product innovation (14 November), diverse uses of lifetime mortgages (21 November) and public relations and marketing for advisers (28 November).

Speakers across the series include representatives from Coreco, Retirement Solution, UK Moneyman, HHH, Moreish, HLP and Square 1 Media.

Advisers can register to attend via the More2life website.

More2life chief executive Dave Harris says: “Later life lending has grown into one of the most dynamic areas of the mortgage market, and advisers continue to sit right at its heart.

“The sector is evolving fast — driven by changing customer needs, product development, funding issues and a regulator who has recognised the importance of the sector in the future of many older borrowers’ lives.

“The Lender Lens Live series is about cutting through that complexity and giving advisers a clear, confident view of where the market is heading.

“Each of the sessions has been shaped around what advisers tell us they need most — practical insight and a chance to learn from others facing the same challenges.

“Whether it’s unpacking the FCA’s latest proposals, looking under the bonnet of product innovation, or exploring how to reach new audiences through simple and effective planning, our goal is to make these webinars valuable, engaging and genuinely useful for the people who keep this market moving.”
