TSB had made a verity of cuts and increases to its product rates, with the most significant taking place n the longer-term buy-to-let category.

The lender’s 60 per cent LTV 10-year BTL for purchase and remortgage has had up to 95 basis points removed to bring it to 2.54 per cent with £995 fee and 2.64 per cent with zero fee.

Additionally, the 60 per cent LTV two-year BTL fix for purchase and remortgage with zero fee has had 20 basis points cut, bringing the rate to 2.19 per cent.

In the residential category, the 60 per cent LTV two-year fix for remortgage with £1,495 fee has been cut by 10 basis points to 1.09 per cent.

And the 60 per cent LTV five-year fix with five-year ERC for remortgage with £1,495 fee had had 10 basis points added, which makes for a rate of 1.29 per cent
