Hughes joins TML as its head of product, having led product development at Kensington.

Hughes has previously worked across various product areas including credit cards, personal loans and secured loans.

He was product manager at HFC bank for nearly seven years before he joined Kensington.

He will manage product development across the TML business, championing new customer propositions to help drive growth.

TML sales and product director Steve Griffiths says: “Ian has a huge amount of experience in mortgage product development and we’re looking forward to the innovation and leadership that he will bring to the TML team.”
