As boomers are retiring, they're looking to move to cities with affordable housing and lower tax rates. Realtor.com recently ranked the most popular cities for boomers and of the 11 most popular cities, ten are located in the southern part of the country. 

In the top city, there was a 23.1% change in the amount of people aged 65 and over moving to the city between 2003 and 2020.
