One Mortgage System (OMS) has added Keychain to its range of CRM integrations.

Keychain enables brokers to manage a range of early-stage client tasks, including digital fact finds, medical questionnaires, secure document collection and e-signing.

It uses AI to analyse and verify documents, identify missing information and flag potential issues.

As part of the integration, Keychain will offer OMS users an extended free trial period, allowing firms to assess how the technology works within their own business before deciding whether to continue with the service.

OMS head of sales, marketing and partnerships Jodie Andrews says: “Our focus is on extending what brokers can access through OMS by working with providers that solve specific problems.”
