Finova and Leeds Building Society are offering brokers free access to an AI-powered mortgage application tool for three months.
Brokers who sign up to Finova’s Agentic Apply tool will be able to use it for all Leeds’ cases as well as their first three applications to any other participating lender during the introductory period.
The tool enables brokers to transfer borrowers’ data from the fact-find straight into lenders’ application portals without having to re-key information.
Finova says Agentic Apply can be used for almost all UK lenders apart from Virgin Money and Kensington.
It allows brokers to request decisions in principle from multiple lenders using a single fact-find, with the applications completed simultaneously and returned to the broker for review before submission.
The tool can be used for residential and buy-to-let applications, including purchases, remortgages, rate switches, porting, additional borrowing and joint borrower sole proprietor deals.
Finova chief executive Gareth Richardson says: “Brokers should be spending their time advising customers and helping them navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, not repeatedly entering the same information into different systems.
“The response we’ve seen in under a month shows clear demand for this technology.”
Leeds Building Society head of intermediary partnerships James O’Reilly says: “We spend a lot of time listening to our intermediary partners about what would make a genuine difference to them.
“That’s why we’re pleased to support Finova as it rolls out Broker Hub and Agentic Apply, giving brokers another option to reduce repetitive administration while keeping them firmly in control of the application.
“As a founding partner, brokers will be able to use Agentic Apply free of charge when submitting Leeds Building Society cases during the introductory period.”
