TSB is the latest lender to raise rates on its residential mortgages, with selected products increasing by as much as 30bps.
The bank is increases costs across two and five-year fixes in its first-time buyer and home mover ranges. These changes apply to products up to 90% LTV.
The bank has also increased rates on its five-year fixed rate remortgage products by the same margin, with rates on its two-year fixed remortgage range increasing by up to 20bps. On its remortgage products these changes apply to products up to 75% LTV.
These changes mean a two year fix in its first-time buyer rate will now cost 5.34% with a £995 fee (or 5.49% on a fee-free option).

For those looking at five-year fixes, TSB’s remortgage product costs 4.74% with a £995 fee (up to 75% LTV) or 4.94% without the product fee.
This latest increases follow similar moves last week, where TSB raised residential rates by up to 15bps. This includes increases to its first-time buyer, home mover range as well as product transfer options.
